Is Linkie GDPR compliant?
Yes. Linkie is GDPR compliant and uses untraceable analytics that show only a short list of visitor details.
Does GDPR apply to my link in bio page?
It can. GDPR covers people in the EU and EEA, and the UK and Switzerland have equivalent laws. It can reach a page based anywhere if you offer something to people there or track their behavior. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can I use Linkie as a Linktree alternative in Germany?
Yes. Linkie hosts its service in Frankfurt, Germany. For a DSGVO review, read the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (AV-Vertrag) and sub-processors list. Kalemi Code is headquartered in Albania and incorporated in the US. Germany hosting does not mean every service provider processes data only in Germany.
What does Linkie analytics collect from visitors?
Total views, total clicks, bounce rate, source and country, and device, operating system and browser.
Where does Linkie store data?
Linkie is operated from servers in Frankfurt, Germany, per our Privacy Policy. Kalemi Code is headquartered in Tirana, Albania, and incorporated in Wyoming, United States, so hosting in Germany is not the same as being an EU company.

How do I make a privacy request?
Visitors and Linkie account holders can request access, correction or deletion of their personal data through the Kalemi Privacy Center. The Privacy Policy explains the available rights and how requests are handled.

Yes. Content or services you add to your page may have their own privacy practices, so check the policies of any third-party integrations you use.
