How to embed Spotify playlists, songs, podcasts, artists, albums, etc.
Step-by-step guide on how to embed Spotify on your Linkie profile
You can add Spotify content to your Linkie profile by pasting a playlist URL or by using Spotify's embed HTML code. Use the URL method for playlists, and use the HTML Code method for playlists, songs, albums, artists, and podcasts.
Embed a Spotify playlist with a URL

Click Click to add link, post, embed, etc. in the playground.

Choose Add an embed.

Click Paste URL.
Copy the playlist link from Spotify

Open Spotify and find the playlist you want to embed. Click the three dots, choose Share, then click Copy link to playlist.
Go back to Linkie, paste the Spotify playlist URL, then click Add embed.
Click Preview at the top right of the playground to see how it will look on your Linkie profile.
Embed Spotify with HTML code
Use this method when you want to embed a Spotify playlist, song, album, artist, or podcast.

Click Click to add link, post, embed, etc. in the playground.

Choose Add an embed.

Click HTML Code.
Copy the embed code from Spotify

Open Spotify and find the playlist, song, podcast, artist, or album you want to embed. Click the three dots, choose Share, then click the embed option, such as Embed playlist, Embed track, or Embed artist.

Click Copy to copy the HTML code.
Paste the embed code in Linkie

Go back to Linkie and paste the embed code into the HTML Code field. You can also add an optional title for tracking analytics.

You can edit the embedded Spotify card from the top-right corner, or remove it by clicking the bin icon.
Click Preview at the top right of the playground to see how it will look on your Linkie profile.
Things to note
- Spotify playlist URLs can be added with the Paste URL option.
- Spotify songs, albums, artists, and podcasts should be added with the HTML Code option.
- Embed cards are full width by default. You can adjust the height, but not the width.
- Avoid event attributes like
onclickwhen adding HTML code.
