How to automate posts with Publer
Step-by-step guide on how to use Linkie with Publer
Publer and Linkie work together to help you send social posts from Publer to your Linkie profile. You can use Publer to connect your Linkie profile, add posts manually, automate new posts, review insights, and handle migration from thelink.bio.
Connect your Linkie profile in Publer
Open Social Accounts in Publer and select the social account you want to connect to Linkie. For the purpose of this guide, we'll be using Instagram.

From there, open the Link in Bio section and click Connect Linkie.

If you already have a Linkie account, log in and choose the Linkie profile you want to connect. If you do not have one yet, create your Linkie account first, then continue the connection flow.
thelink.bio profile in Publer and have not migrated it yet, see How to migrate thelink.bio landing page to Linkie.bio before continuing.
On the authorization screen, review the access Publer is requesting for Linkie profiles, Analytics, and Automated posts.
To share access, choose:
- All profiles if you want Publer to access every Linkie profile on your account.
- Specific profiles if you only want to connect selected profiles.
Click Allow access to approve the connection and continue.
After that, Publer will show a list of the Linkie profiles available on the account you just authorized.

Click Connect next to the Linkie profile you want to sync with this social account.
Once the profile is connected, the popup window will close and you will land back in the Link in Bio section, where the connected Linkie profile will appear.
Add a post from Publer
You can add posts to your Linkie profile either from a post that already exists in Publer or while you are scheduling a new post.
Add an existing published post

Open an already published post in Publer, then click the Linkie icon to open its Linkie settings.

Turn on Show on Linkie, then add the link you want visitors to open when they click the post on your Linkie profile.
If you leave the Custom redirect URL field empty, visitors will be redirected to the original social media post instead.
Click Save to apply the change.
After you save the change, the post will appear on your Linkie profile with the link you added in Publer.
Add a new post while scheduling it

While creating a new post in Publer, choose a social account that is already connected to Linkie and finish writing your post as usual.
Before scheduling or publishing it, open the Linkie option for that post.

Turn on Add to Linkie, then add the link you want visitors to open when they click the post on your Linkie profile after it is published.
If you leave the Linkie link field empty, visitors will be redirected to the original social media post instead.
Schedule or publish the post, then save your changes. Once the post is published, it will appear on your Linkie profile automatically.
Turn on automatic post syncing
Once your social account is connected to Linkie, go back to the Link in Bio section for that social account. There, you will see the connected Linkie profile and the Add posts to Linkie setting.

Turn on the Add posts to Linkie switch to automatically send newly published posts from this social account to your Linkie profile.
Once the switch is enabled, new posts published from that connected social account will be added to Linkie automatically.
When the post is published, it will also appear in the Latest Posts section on your Linkie profile.
Check how posts appear on your Linkie profile
Go to the playground and click Preview to review how the post appears on your Linkie profile.
Visitors will be able to click the post and open the redirect link you saved in Publer.

You can remove a synced post either from Publer or directly from your Linkie profile.
Remove the post from Linkie through Publer

Check Linkie insights from Publer
