How to embed a Calendly calendar on your Linkie page

Step-by-step guide on how to embed a Calendly calendar on your Linkie page

You can add a Calendly calendar to your Linkie page so visitors can view your availability and book calls, meetings, or events in a few clicks. There are two ways to add Calendly:

  • Method 1: Paste a Calendly link for the quickest setup.
  • Method 2: Paste Calendly embed code if you want to customize the embedded calendar before adding it to Linkie.

Open HTML Embed

Open your Linkie page in the playground, then click HTML Embed in the sticky menu at the bottom.

Using the sticky menu adds the new card at the top of your Linkie page as the newest post.

Add the card at a specific position instead

Instead of using the sticky menu, hover over the gap where you want the new card to appear, then click + Insert. The button appears only in gaps that span a full row, not between cards in adjacent columns. Clicking it chooses the position before you create the card.

Choose HTML. This opens the same creation dialog as the sticky menu. Fill in the information using the steps below. When you add the card, it appears in the gap you clicked.

Choose Paste URL if you want to embed your Calendly event with a link.

Open Calendly, find the event type you want to embed under the Scheduling tab, then click Copy link.

Go back to Linkie, paste the Calendly link, then click Add Embed.

Method 2: Embed with HTML code

Choose HTML Code if you want to embed Calendly with its website embed code instead.

Copy the Calendly embed code

Open Calendly, find the event type you want to embed, click the three dots, then choose Add to website.

Select Inline embed, then click Continue.

Customize the meeting details if needed, then click Copy Code.

Paste the code in Linkie

Go back to Linkie and paste the embed code into the HTML Code field. You can also add an optional title for tracking analytics.

When embedding with HTML, avoid using event attributes like onclick, because they rely on JavaScript, which many platforms block for security reasons.

Preview your Calendly embed

Click Preview at the top right of the playground to see how the Calendly calendar will look on your Linkie page.

Things to note

  • You can edit the Calendly embed from the top-right corner of the card, or remove it by selecting the bin icon.
  • Use the Calendly link method for a quick setup, or the HTML Code method if you want to customize the embedded calendar before adding it to Linkie.
  • You can include simple custom HTML elements, such as <h1>Hello world</h1>.
