How many Linkie pages can I add?

You can create and manage unlimited Linkie pages from one account.

This means you are not limited to one Linkie page. You can keep separate Linkie pages for different brands, projects, campaigns, or clients while staying under the same login.

Switch between Linkies

Go to the playground, click the down arrow next to your current Linkie at the top-left corner, and switch to the page you want to edit.

Page creation vs paid coverage

Creating Linkies and managing them from one account is not the same as having paid features on all of them.

Free accounts can still create and manage multiple Linkies, but paid features only apply to the Linkies covered by your plan.

How paid coverage works

Linkie Plus covers 1 paid Linkie.

Linkie Multi covers 5 paid Linkies.

If you create a new Linkie and want it covered by Multi, you need to add it from Settings > Subscription.

Subscribe to a Linkie page to receive email updates from that creator or account. You will need access to your email inbox so you can verify your subscription.

Open the Linkie page

Visit the Linkie page you want to subscribe to, then click the bell icon in the top-left corner of the page.

Enter your email

Type your email address in the subscription form.
Check I agree to receive emails from account name to confirm that you want to receive updates from that Linkie page.
Click Subscribe to finalize.

Verify your subscription

Linkie will send a 6-digit verification code to your email address. Open your inbox, copy the code, and paste it into the verification field.

After you paste the code, click Confirm.

What happens after you subscribe

If the Linkie page owner has connected a Google Sheets spreadsheet to Linkie, your email will automatically appear in their collected emails list.

Using a custom domain makes your Linkie page easier to recognize and more professional. You can connect a domain like domain.com, or a subdomain like sub.domain.com, depending on how you want visitors to access your Linkie page.

Open domain settings

Click your Linkie URL at the top-left corner of the playground. A dropdown menu will appear.

From there, click the Settings icon.

Open Domain settings. This is where you can edit your free Linkie URL or connect your own custom domain.

Connecting a domain (`domain.com`)

Enter your domain in the custom domain field, for example domain.com, then click Save. The domain status will show as Pending while Linkie waits for the DNS records to be added.

||| If the domain you enter is incorrect, the status may show as Failed. Double-check the spelling and make sure the domain is active and correctly formatted.

Turn on Enable email subscribers. You can also customize the invitation text subscribers will see when they sign up.

Connect Google Sheets

Click Connect next to Google Spreadsheet.

You may be asked to leave Linkie to continue with the Google authorization. Make sure your Linkie changes are saved, then click Leave.

Give Linkie permission

Choose the Google account you would like to save the spreadsheet on, give Linkie the requested permission, and click Continue.

Your username is part of your public Linkie URL. If you want to update your handle, you can change it from your Linkie Domain settings.

Open settings

Click your Linkie URL at the top-left corner of the playground. A dropdown menu will appear. From there, click the Settings icon.

Open domain settings

In the settings menu, choose Domain. This is where you can manage your free Linkie domain and custom domain options.

Edit your username

In the Free Domain section, click the field and type in your new username.

Your username becomes the last part of your public Linkie URL, so choose something simple and easy to recognize.

Save your new username

After editing your username, click Save. Once you see the success message, close the settings tab by clicking the X at the top corner.

Open the add menu

Go to your Linkie dashboard and click Click to add link, post, embed, etc.

Choose the website link option

Choose Website Link from the options available.

Copy the website URL

Copy the URL you want to add. This can be a blog post, store product, social post, landing page, or any other website URL, for e.g: https://publer.com.

||| If you add a social post as a website link, you will not be able to change the redirect URL. However, you can customize the icon and add a button, which is not possible when using the Add a social post option. Learn how to add social posts to your Linkie here.

Paste the link in Linkie

Go back to Linkie, paste the website URL, then click Add Link.
