What's the refund policy?

If you change your mind, contact us within the first 14 days and we will issue a full refund.

After 14 days, you can still request a refund for the remaining subscription period. This refund is prorated, and the discount for yearly billing is waived where applicable.

Refund requests are handled manually, so please email support@linkie.bio or contact us through the live chat in the playground and include the email address used for your subscription.
