# What's the refund policy?

If you change your mind, contact us within the first `14 days` and we will issue a full refund.

After `14 days`, you can still request a refund for the remaining subscription period. This refund is prorated, and the discount for yearly billing is waived where applicable.

Refund requests are handled manually, so please email [support@linkie.bio](mailto:support@linkie.bio) or contact us through the live chat in the [playground](https://app.linkie.bio/playground) and include the email address used for your subscription.
