What metrics do we gather from Linkie profile visitors?

Guide to the metrics Linkie gathers from visitors

Linkie Analytics helps you understand how visitors find, view, and interact with your Linkie profile. The more you share your Linkie URL, add content, and run campaigns, the more useful your analytics become.

Profile traffic metrics

These metrics help you understand overall traffic to your Linkie profile:

  • Linkie visitors: the total number of people who visited your Linkie profile.
  • Unique visitors: the number of individual visitors, counted once per person.
  • Total visitors: the total number of visits, including repeat visits from the same person.
  • Bounce rate: the percentage of visitors who left your Linkie profile within 10 seconds without clicking anything.
  • Device: the type of device visitors used, such as mobile, tablet, or desktop.
  • Source: where visitors came from, such as direct traffic, Publer, social media, or another shared link.
  • Country: where visitors are located.

Main button metrics

These metrics show how visitors interact with your main Linkie button:

  • Total clicks: the total number of times the main button was clicked.
  • Unique clicks: the number of individual visitors who clicked the main button.
  • Device: the device visitors used when clicking.
  • Country: where visitors were located when they clicked.
  • Source: where visitors came from before clicking the button.

Card metrics

These metrics apply to links, posts, websites, embeds, and other cards on your Linkie profile:

  • Impressions: the number of times a card was seen. A card is counted as seen when at least 50% of it is visible on screen.
  • Reach: the number of unique visitors who saw the card. A visitor is counted when at least 50% of the card is visible on screen.
  • Total clicks: the total number of clicks on the card.
  • Unique clicks: the number of individual visitors who clicked the card.

For each unique click, Linkie can also show:

  • Device: the device the visitor used.
  • Country: where the visitor was located.
  • Source: where the visitor came from before clicking the card.

Email collection metrics

These metrics help you track email subscriber activity from your Linkie profile:

  • Total subscribers: the number of visitors who subscribed through your Linkie profile.
  • Total clicks: the total number of clicks related to your Linkie profile.

Things to note

  • Unique metrics count individual people once, while total metrics include repeat views, visits, or clicks.
  • Source and location data help you understand where your audience is coming from and which channels are working.
  • Analytics become more meaningful after your Linkie profile has been shared and visited for a while.
