How to manage multiple Linkie profiles

Step-by-step guide on how to manage multiple Linkie profiles

You can manage multiple Linkie profiles from the same account. This is useful if you run more than one brand, project, business, creator profile, or client account.

Open the profile switcher

Go to the playground. At the top-left corner, click the down arrow next to your current Linkie profile.

A dropdown menu will appear with the Linkie profiles connected to your account.

Choose a Linkie profile

From the dropdown menu, click the Linkie profile you want to manage.

After you select a profile, the playground will switch to that Linkie. You can then edit its links, cards, profile details, banner, settings, and other content.

Manage each profile separately

Each Linkie profile has its own content and settings. Changes you make to one Linkie profile will not automatically apply to the others.

This helps you keep different brands, projects, or clients organized under the same login while still managing each Linkie profile as its own public page.

Understand how plans work

Each Linkie profile needs to be covered by a plan if you want to use paid features.

Linkie Plus is $9/month and includes:

• 1 Linkie
• Custom domain
• Advanced analytics
• Email collection

Linkie Multi is $29/month and includes:

• 5 Linkies
• Custom domain
• Advanced analytics
• Email collection

Add a Linkie to your Multi subscription

If you have a Linkie Multi subscription, you can add a new Linkie profile to that plan after creating it.

Click your Linkie URL at the top-left corner of the playground. A dropdown menu will appear.

From there, click the Settings icon, then open Subscription.

Click Add to my Multi subscription to include that Linkie profile in your Multi plan.

Things to note

• You can manage multiple Linkie profiles from one account.
• Use the down arrow at the top-left corner of the playground to switch between profiles.
• Each Linkie profile has its own content and settings.
• Linkie Plus covers 1 Linkie profile.
• Linkie Multi covers up to 5 Linkie profiles.
• New Linkies must be added to your Multi subscription from Settings > Subscription.
