How to manage multiple Linkie pages

Step-by-step guide on how to manage multiple Linkie pages

You can manage multiple Linkie pages from the same account. This is useful if you run more than one brand, project, business, creator page, or client account.

Open the page switcher

Go to the playground. In the top-left corner, click the down arrow next to your current Linkie page.

A dropdown menu will appear with the Linkie pages connected to your account.

Choose a Linkie page

From the dropdown menu, click the Linkie page you want to manage.

After you select a page, the playground will switch to that Linkie. You can then edit its links, cards, page details, banner, settings, and other content.

Manage each page separately

Each Linkie page has its own content and settings. Changes you make to one Linkie page will not automatically apply to the others.

This helps you keep different brands, projects, or clients organized under the same login while still managing each Linkie page as its own public page.

Understand how plans work

Each Linkie page needs to be covered by a plan if you want to use paid features.

Linkie Plus is $9/month and includes:

1 Linkie
Custom domain
Advanced analytics
Email collection

Linkie Multi is $29/month and includes:

5 Linkies
Custom domain
Advanced analytics
Email collection

Add a Linkie to your Multi subscription

If you have a Linkie Multi subscription, you can add a new Linkie page to that plan after creating it.

Click your Linkie URL at the top-left corner of the playground. A dropdown menu will appear.

From there, click the Settings icon, then open Subscription.

Click Add to my Multi subscription to include that Linkie page in your Multi plan.

A Linkie is not automatically added to your Multi subscription just because it was created under the same account. You need to add it from the page's Subscription settings.

Things to note

You can manage multiple Linkie pages from one account.
Use the down arrow in the top-left corner of the playground to switch between pages.
Each Linkie page has its own content and settings.
Linkie Plus covers 1 Linkie page.
Linkie Multi covers up to 5 Linkie pages.
New Linkies must be added to your Multi subscription from Settings > Subscription.
