# How to add links to your Linkie bio

###### **Step-by-step guide on how to add links to your Linkie bio.**

Your bio helps visitors quickly understand who you are and what you offer. You can also add links to your bio, so people can open your website, store, blog, portfolio, or social media directly from your Linkie page.

You can paste a regular URL directly into your bio, like https://publer.com/blog/.

You can also do this with Markdown if you want to choose the exact text visitors click.

For example, you can write:

`Visit our homepage [here](https://linkie.bio).`

This will show **here** as a clickable link that opens https://linkie.bio.

### Preview your bio link

Once you're done, click **Preview** at the top-right of the [playground](https://app.linkie.bio/playground) to check how visitors will see your Linkie page.
